Booking Related Questions

All transfers are booked through our online booking portal click Book Now to take you there.

Your booking will be confirmed back to you via email with a booking confirmation within 72 hrs once a website booking form is received. 

Please respond to your booking confirmation we have sent you, This keeps a mail trail of any changes we make to your booking. Your confirmation will also be updated. If you can not find your confirmation please contact us at office@gogary.co.uk

We have three vehicle types:

  • Car – Maximum of 4 passengers with 2x Large Cases and 2x standard airline carry on bags.
  • Estate Car – Maximum of 4 passengers with 4x Large Cases.
  • Minibus – Maximum of 8 passengers with 8x Large Cases and 4x standard airline carry on bags.

In the event that you exceed the luggage or passenger capacity your transfer could be cancelled. If another vehicle is required and can be sourced you will be required to pay the additional price for the correct vehicle. If you have any questions regarding luggage please contact us before booking.

Other Questions

We do have booster and high back booster seats, please let us know on the booking form if you require child seats.

You can also use your own seats and we will keep them safe until your return journey. Unfortunately we do not have any baby or infant seats, if an infant or young baby is travelling we would ask that you provide a suitable seat for travel.

Unfortunately we do not undertake any short local distance travel, we specialise in long distance travel solutions only.

Thank you for choosing GoGary for your transfer, It is important that you check all the details above carefully to make sure the detail given is correct

Below also gives information on our collection procedures at Air and Sea Ports. To amend this booking or make any changes please call 01793 939302

Cancellation Policy
GoGary will accept cancellations providing at least 48 hours notice before the time of your pre booked collection. The cancellation must be made via phone. You will receive confirmation from GoGary that your booking has been cancelled. Advance bookings made by card will lose 8% of price paid for all card payments.

Other Policies
GoGary will charge a soilage charge of £100.00 if a passenger vomits or Soils the vehicle in any way, this cost is to cover loss of earnings and a full valet of vehicle, it is a criminal offence to run off and not pay or not pay a soilage charge if someone is sick in a Private Hire Vehicle.

GoGary accepts no responsibility for missed flights or connections due to delays and circumstances beyond our control. Please allow sufficient time for your journey. If you are unsure then please contact us for advice on journey times.

PRE-TRANSFER MESSAGES
If a mobile number is provided You will receive a WhatsApp or Text the day before your transfer, this will contain your transfer date and time along with your driver details.

YOUR RETURN JOURNEY INSTRUCTIONS

HEATHROW – GATWICK – LONDON CITY – BOURNEMOUTH – SOUTHEND – MANCHESTER
All collections are in the arrivals hall, do not venture away from this area as this may cause a delay in your collection. Your driver will enter the terminal around 45 minutes to 1 hour after your flight has arrived/landed. It is important that you please stay in contact with your driver if delays arise, the driver will be waiting with a name board.

STANSTED – SOUTHAMPTON
Drop off/collection area, please call your driver with the zone you are waiting in once you have
collected your luggage.

BIRMINGHAM – BRISTOL – CARDIFF – LUTON
Express drop off area, please call your driver when you have collected your luggage.

SEA PORT/CRUISE TERMINAL COLLECTIONS
All seaport and cruise collections are in the designated collection areas, alongside the ships berth. Please call your driver when you have disembarked the ship, as most ports and cruise terminals do not allow any waiting time at the quayside.
